Welcome to The Waverly Inn, our western North Carolina bed and breakfast.  We have some very reasonable policies for our historic inn that we think will make your North Carolina family vacation pleasant.

Minimum stay of two nights is required on weekends
(Some three-night minimum stay requirements on holiday weekends)

Smoking is not allowed in the Inn
(Smoking permitted on exterior porches only)

We have one pet friendly room. Please read our pet policy.

Children are welcome; however, no childcare is provided

Consumption of alcohol is permitted
(Bring your own)

Check-in time - after 1 PM

Check-out time - before 11 AM

Deposit:
A deposit equal to one night of your reservation will charged at booking.

Cancellations:
Due to our size, last-minute cancellations really hurt us, as well as others who wish to stay with us;
therefore, all cancellations made less than seven days prior to your date of arrival will be charged in full.
Reservations cancelled outside of seven days prior to arrival will be charged a 5% fee.

Online Booking Cancellations:
In addition to our general cancellation policy, all reservations booked online will be charged a 25% cancellation fee
if your reservation is cancelled outside of our 7-day cancellation period. (To avoid this charge please call us directly
at 800-537-8195 to make your reservation.)
